The subject of the project is the development and implementation of a new laser cutting and packaging cutting service and improvement of waste management in the process of Fol-Druk Flexo.

The implementation will take place thanks to the study and investments planned as part of the project, selected on the basis of the research team’s recommendations, i.e. the purchase of a laser, a slitter, the purchase of specialized software for the preparation and optimization of cutting packaging processes for the food industry, along with the purchase of external consulting services. As part of the project, the applicant will cooperate with a mentor in the field of innovation development. The innovation in the project is the improved method of packaging production, ensuring the achievement of an increase in revenues, profit and employment, as well as reducing the waste of the process.
