We have it! New investment at Fol-Druk Flexo.
We are pleased to inform you about our new investment – LASER EXCELLENCE with unlimited possibilities of laser cutting, microperforation and macroperforation. With our mission of “Laser Excellence”, we actively improve our in-depth knowledge and experience in order to design and produce modern packaging designs in a laser processing system.

Laser cutting
"Easy Open" effect
The laser cut is useful in packaging where, due to the materials used, manual opening is difficult. Laser cutting weakens in a controlled manner one of the materials in a specific line, which allows easy opening of the packaging. Cutting is possible both in the transverse and machine direction.
Microperforation
Breathable packaging
Microperforation of packaging improves air circulation between the inside of the packaging and the environment.
Tiny holes as small as 20 microns allow you to control air permeability, thus extending the shelf life of fresh products such as vegetables, fruits and breads, etc.
Macroperforation
Cutting out any shape
The laser cuts precisely any shapes tailored to the customer’s needs.
Macroperforation allows easy and controlled opening of the packaging, very often with the use of an external self-adhesive label for multiple opening of the package.
